Kullanım Şartları

ArkneyOrbit'i ("Oyun") indirerek veya oynayarak aşağıdaki şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Oyunu kullanmayın.

1. Lisans

Oyun size kişisel, ticari olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir kullanım lisansıyla sunulur. Oyunun kodunu, varlıklarını veya sunucu protokolünü kopyalayamaz, tersine mühendislik yapamaz, değiştiremez veya yeniden dağıtamazsınız.

Aşağıdakiler hesabın uyarısız kapatılmasına yol açar: hile, bot, makro veya değiştirilmiş istemci kullanımı; hata ve açıkların kötüye kullanımı; sohbet üzerinden taciz, nefret söylemi, dolandırıcılık veya spam; sunucuya zarar vermeye yönelik her türlü girişim.

4. Alfa / test dönemi

Oyun geliştirme aşamasındadır. Sunucular önceden haber verilmeden kapatılabilir, oyun kuralları ve dengesi değişebilir, veritabanı sıfırlanabilir. Test döneminde elde edilen ilerleme, gemi, para birimi veya öğeler için hiçbir garanti verilmez.

5. Sanal öğeler ve ödemeler

Oyun içi para birimleri (Credits, Zenite) ve öğeler gerçek para değeri taşımaz, yalnızca Oyun içinde kullanılabilir ve mülkiyeti geliştiriciye aittir. İleride sunulacak ücretli içerikler için o tarihte geçerli ödeme ve iade koşulları ayrıca duyurulur.

6. Fikri mülkiyet

ArkneyOrbit adı, logosu, şirket ve gemi isimleri, tasarımlar, görseller, sesler ve yazılım geliştiriciye aittir. Oyun, 2008-2010 döneminin tarayıcı uzay oyunlarından ilham alan özgün bir yapımdır; başka hiçbir oyun, marka veya yayıncıyla bağlantılı değildir.

7. Sorumluluk sınırı

Oyun "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, Oyunun kullanımından doğan veri kaybı, kesinti veya dolaylı zararlardan geliştirici sorumlu tutulamaz.

8. Değişiklikler ve iletişim

By downloading or playing ArkneyOrbit (the "Game") you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Licence

The Game is provided to you under a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable and revocable licence. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, modify or redistribute the Game's code, assets or server protocol.

3. Conduct

The following result in account termination without warning: cheats, bots, macros or modified clients; exploiting bugs; harassment, hate speech, scams or spam in chat; any attempt to damage the servers.

4. Alpha / test period

The Game is in development. Servers may go offline without notice, rules and balance may change, and the database may be reset. No guarantee is given for progress, ships, currency or items obtained during testing.

5. Virtual items and payments

In-game currencies (Credits, Zenite) and items have no real-world value, may only be used within the Game and remain the developer's property. Payment and refund conditions for any future paid content will be announced separately at that time.

6. Intellectual property

The ArkneyOrbit name, logo, company and ship names, designs, artwork, sounds and software belong to the developer. The Game is an original production inspired by the browser space games of 2008-2010 and is not affiliated with any other game, brand or publisher.

7. Limitation of liability

The Game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for data loss, downtime or indirect damages arising from use of the Game.
