Bu sayfa ArkneyOrbit pilot hesabının (kullanıcı adı + şifre) ve ona bağlı tüm oyun verilerinin nasıl silindiğini anlatır. Aynı hesap Windows ve Android sürümlerinde ortaktır; hesabı silmek her ikisinde de silinmesi demektir. Uygulamayı telefonundan kaldırmak hesabı silmez.
1. Silme talebi nasıl gönderilir
Oyun içinden (önerilen yol). Ayarlar > Hesabı Sil adımını izle, şifreni yaz ve onayla. Bu yol Android sürümüyle birlikte açılacak; şu an geliştirme aşamasında olduğu için aşağıdaki e-posta yolu geçerlidir.
E-posta ile. info@arkneyorbit.com adresine, konu satırı «Hesap silme talebi» olacak şekilde yaz ve mesajda pilot adını belirt.
Hesaplarda e-posta adresi tutulmadığı için talebin gerçekten hesap sahibinden geldiğini doğrulamamız gerekir. Sana yalnızca hesabın sahibinin bilebileceği birkaç soru sorarız (kayıt tarihi, şirketin, mevcut seviyen, son kullandığın gemi) ve talebi son giriş kaydınla karşılaştırırız. Doğrulama yapılamazsa hesap silinmez — bu, başkasının senin hesabını sildirmesini engellemek içindir.
2. Ne kadar sürer
Doğrulama tamamlandıktan sonra hesap en geç 30 gün içinde, çoğu durumda birkaç gün içinde silinir ve işlem bittiğinde sana bildirilir. Yedeklerdeki kopyalar en fazla 30 gün daha yaşar, sonra yedek döngüsüyle birlikte kalıcı olarak yok olur.
3. Ne siliniyor
- Kullanıcı adın ve şifre özetin (hash).
- Pilot adın, şirketin, seviyen, rütbe puanın ve tecrüben.
- Kredi ve Zenite bakiyen, gemilerin, ekipmanların ve envanterin.
- Klan üyeliğin ve bekleyen klan başvuruların. Bir klanın lideriysen hesap silinmeden önce liderliği devretmen istenir.
- Öldürme kayıtlarındaki ve şeref listesindeki kaydın.
- Oyun içi ayarların ve gemi konfigürasyonların.
Bu veriler geri getirilemez. Silinen bir pilot adı bir süre sonra yeniden kullanılabilir hale gelir, ancak eski ilerlemeyle hiçbir bağı kalmaz.
4. Silmeden sonra kalan tek şey
- Bağlantı kayıtları (IP ve zaman): hile ve kötüye kullanımla mücadele için en fazla 90 gün tutulur, sonra silinir. Bu kayıtlar hesabınla değil, teknik olayla ilişkilidir.
- Sohbet kayıtları: moderasyon amacıyla en fazla 90 gün. Bu süre içinde açık bir şikâyet dosyası varsa dosya kapanana kadar kalır.
- Yasaklama kaydı: hesap kural ihlali nedeniyle yasaklandıysa, yasağı silip yeniden kaydolarak delmeyi engellemek için kimliksizleştirilmiş bir kayıt kalır.
- Yasal yükümlülük: mevzuat gereği saklanması zorunlu bir kayıt varsa yalnızca o kayıt, yalnızca zorunlu süre boyunca tutulur.
5. Hesabı silmeden yapabileceklerin
Sadece bir süre ara vermek istiyorsan hesabını silmene gerek yok; hesap kendiliğinden kapanmaz ve ilerlemen olduğu gibi bekler. Verilerinin bir kopyasını istemek ya da yanlış bir kaydın düzeltilmesini istemek için de aynı adrese yazabilirsin — bkz. Gizlilik Politikası.

Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your ArkneyOrbit pilot account (username + password) and every piece of game data attached to it. The same account is shared by the Windows and Android builds; deleting it deletes it on both. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
1. How to request deletion
In game (preferred). Go to Settings > Delete Account, type your password and confirm. This path ships with the Android build; while it is still in development, use the e-mail path below.
By e-mail. Write to info@arkneyorbit.com with the subject “Account deletion request” and include your pilot name in the message.
Because accounts hold no e-mail address, we have to confirm that the request really comes from the account owner. We will ask a few questions only the owner can answer (sign-up date, your company, current level, the ship you last flew) and compare the request against your last login record. If ownership cannot be confirmed the account is not deleted — this is what stops someone else from deleting your account.
2. How long it takes
Once ownership is confirmed the account is deleted within 30 days at the latest, usually within a few days, and you are told when it is done. Copies in backups live at most 30 days longer and are then permanently destroyed with the backup rotation.
3. What is deleted
- Your username and password hash.
- Your pilot name, company, level, rank points and experience.
- Your Credits and Zenite balance, ships, equipment and inventory.
- Your clan membership and pending clan applications. If you lead a clan, we ask you to hand leadership over before the account is removed.
- Your entries in kill logs and on the leaderboard.
- Your in-game settings and ship configurations.
None of this can be restored. A deleted pilot name may become available again later, but it carries no link to the old progress.
4. The only things kept after deletion
- Connection logs (IP and time): kept at most 90 days to fight cheating and abuse, then deleted. These records are tied to a technical event, not to your account.
- Chat logs: at most 90 days for moderation. If an open report references them, they stay until that report is closed.
- Ban record: if the account was banned for breaking the rules, an anonymised record is kept so that deleting and re-registering cannot be used to evade the ban.
- Legal obligation: where the law requires a record to be retained, only that record is kept, and only for the required period.
5. Alternatives to deletion
If you only want a break you do not need to delete anything; accounts are never closed automatically and your progress waits as it is. You can also ask for a copy of your data or for an incorrect record to be corrected at the same address — see the Privacy Policy.
