Kurulum ve bağlantı

Oyun gerçekten ücretsiz mi?

Evet. İndirmek ve oynamak ücretsiz. Premium para birimi Zenit oyun içinde de kazanılır; VIP kozmetik ve kolaylık satar, hasar veya dayanıklılık satmaz.

Telefonda ve bilgisayarda aynı hesabı kullanabilir miyim?

Evet. Android ve Windows sürümleri aynı sunucuya bağlanır. Aynı kullanıcı adı ve şifreyle iki cihazdan da girersin, ilerlemen ortaktır.

Tarayıcıda oynanıyor mu?

Hayır. ArkneyOrbit indirilen bir istemci. Flash yok, eklenti yok. Görünüm eski panelin hissiyatını koruyor ama altında modern bir 3D motor var.

Steam'e gelecek mi?

Evet, hedef bu. Şu anki dönem açık test dönemi ve Windows indirmesi doğrudan GitHub üzerinden veriliyor. Steam sürümü hazır olduğunda hesabın taşınacak.

Test sürecinde ilerlemem silinecek mi?

Açık test boyunca veritabanı sıfırlanabilir. Bir sıfırlama olacaksa duyurusunu önceden yapıyoruz.

Mac veya Linux sürümü var mı?

Şimdilik Windows ve Android. Motor Mac ve Linux'u da destekliyor, Windows sürümü oturduktan sonra sıraya girecekler.

Oyun takılıyor ya da düşük FPS alıyorum, ne yapayım?

Ayarlardan çözünürlüğü düşür ve efektleri kıs. On yıllık bir dizüstünde akıcı çalışması hedeflendi; yine de takılıyorsa ekran kartı modelinle birlikte bildir, bakarız.

Bu oyun bir başka oyunun kopyası mı?

Hayır. 2008-2010 döneminin tarayıcı uzay nişancılarından ilham alan özgün bir yapım: kendi şirketleri, gemileri, ekipmanı ve sanatı olan bağımsız bir oyun.

Bug reports, account problems and frequently asked questions in one place. We read every report during the open test.

Report a bug

The fastest way is inside the game: open the menu in space, press Feedback, write what happened and a screenshot is attached for you. The bug channel on Discord works too; add the map name, the time and what you were doing and we get back within a day.

Account problems

Accounts hold no e-mail address; if you forgot your password, write to a moderator on Discord or to info@arkneyorbit.com, we confirm the account is yours with a few questions and reset it. Deleting the account entirely has its own page.

The "unrecognized app" warning on Windows is expected; the test build is not signed yet. If the game cannot connect, check the server badge above first: when the server is down, the announcement is on Discord. Install steps and requirements are on the download page.

FAQ

Frequently asked

Is the game really free?

Yes. Downloading and playing is free. Zenite, the premium currency, is also earned in-game; VIP sells cosmetics and convenience, never damage or durability.

Can I use the same account on my phone and my computer?

Yes. The Android and Windows builds connect to the same server. Log in with the same username and password on both and your progress is shared.

Does it run in the browser?

No. ArkneyOrbit is a downloadable client. No Flash, no plugins. It keeps the feel of the old panel, but there is a modern 3D engine underneath.

Is it coming to Steam?

Yes, that's the goal. This is the open test period and the Windows download is served directly from GitHub. Your account carries over when the Steam build is ready.

Will my progress be wiped during testing?

The database may be reset during the open test. If a wipe is coming, we announce it in advance.

Is there a Mac or Linux version?

Windows and Android for now. The engine supports Mac and Linux too; they are queued once the Windows build settles.

The game stutters or the FPS is low. What can I do?

Lower the resolution and turn effects down in the settings. It is meant to run smoothly on a ten-year-old laptop; if it still stutters, report it with your graphics card model and we will look.

Is this a clone of another game?

No. It's an original game inspired by the browser space shooters of 2008-2010: its own companies, ships, equipment and art, made independently.
