Bu politika, arkneyorbit.com web sitesini ve ArkneyOrbit oyun istemcisini kullandığınızda hangi verilerin toplandığını, neden toplandığını ve nasıl korunduğunu açıklar. Veri sorumlusu: ArkneyOrbit geliştirici ekibi, iletişim info@arkneyorbit.com.

1. Web sitesinde toplanan veriler

• Sunucu kayıtları: Site Cloudflare altyapısında barındırılır. Cloudflare, güvenlik ve performans amacıyla IP adresi, tarayıcı türü ve istek zamanı gibi teknik verileri kısa süreli işler. Ayrıntılar için Cloudflare Gizlilik Politikası.
• Çerezler: Site reklam veya takip çerezi kullanmaz. Yalnızca dil tercihinizi tarayıcınızda saklayan yerel bir kayıt (localStorage) tutulur; bu veri bize iletilmez.
• Analitik: Ziyaret istatistikleri için çerezsiz ve kişiyi tanımlamayan Cloudflare Web Analytics kullanılabilir.
• İndirmeler: Oyun dosyaları GitHub üzerinden sunulur. İndirme sırasında GitHub kendi gizlilik bildirimi kapsamında veri işleyebilir.

2. Oyun istemcisinde toplanan veriler

• Hesap verileri: Pilot adı, seçilen şirket, oyun ilerlemesi (seviye, rütbe, gemi ve ekipman, kredi ve Zenite bakiyesi, klan üyeliği). Gerçek adınız ve telefonunuz istenmez.
• E-posta adresi: Her hesap bir e-posta adresi doğrular. Adres yalnızca hesabın sana ait olduğunu doğrulamak, şifre sıfırlama ve adres değiştirme kodlarını göndermek ve hesabınla ilgili zorunlu güvenlik bildirimleri için kullanılır. Pazarlama e-postası gönderilmez, adres başka oyunculara gösterilmez ve kimseyle paylaşılmaz. Kodlar Cloudflare Email Service üzerinden info@arkneyorbit.com adresinden gönderilir; Cloudflare bu gönderim için adresi işler. Kodların kendisi saklanmaz, yalnızca kısa süreli bir özeti tutulur. Hesabını sildiğinde adres de silinir.
• Bağlantı verileri: Oyun sunucusuna bağlanırken IP adresiniz ve bağlantı zamanı, hile ve kötüye kullanımla mücadele için sınırlı süreyle kaydedilir. IP adresinden yaklaşık konum (ülke, şehir) yönetim panelinde gösterilir; bu, sunucudaki yerel bir veri dosyasıyla hesaplanır, adresiniz bu amaçla hiçbir dış servise gönderilmez ve konum bilgisi ayrıca saklanmaz. Cihazınızın konum servisleri kullanılmaz.
• Satın alma kayıtları: Bir paket ya da VIP satın aldığında, teslim edebilmek ve aynı ödemenin iki kez işlenmesini önlemek için ödeme sağlayıcısının sipariş numarası, ürün, zaman ve hesabın saklanır. Kart ya da banka bilgisi bize hiç gelmez. Ödeme sağlayıcısına hesabının yalnızca tek yönlü bir özeti (şifrelenmiş etiket) iletilir; kullanıcı adın ya da e-postan iletilmez. Bu kayıtlar mali mevzuatın istediği süre boyunca tutulur.
• Oyun platformu kimliği: Android'de Google Play Games'e, iPhone'da Game Center'a girişin açıksa, platformun yalnız bu oyuna verdiği oyuncu kimliği hesabınla birlikte saklanır. Bu bir e-posta adresi ya da ad değildir; aynı kişinin açtığı hesapları tanımak ve kötüye kullanımla mücadele için kullanılır. Play Games ya da Game Center kapalıysa hiçbir şey gönderilmez.
• Sohbet: Oyun içi sohbet mesajları moderasyon amacıyla sınırlı süre saklanabilir.
• Discord bağlantısı: Hesabını Discord sunucumuzdaki botla kendin bağlarsan (oyunda /discord, Discord'da /bagla), Discord kullanıcı kimliğin ve kullanıcı adın hesabınla birlikte saklanır. Bot bununla sana şirket rolünü verir ve pilot kartını gösterir. Bağlantıyı istediğin an /bagla-kaldir ya da oyunda /discord kaldır ile silebilirsin; hesabını sildirdiğinde de silinir. Başarım ödülü için /dogrula ile Discord'un kendi izin ekranından geçersen Discord bize e-posta adresini ve doğrulanıp doğrulanmadığını bildirir; adresi saklamayız, yalnız doğrulandığını ve zamanını tutarız. Telefon numaran hiçbir şekilde bize ulaşmaz.
• Steam sürümü: Steam üzerinden oynandığında yalnızca Steam kimlik doğrulama bileti işlenir; Steam profil verileriniz Valve'in gizlilik politikasına tabidir.

3. Mobil (Android) sürüm

• Aynı hesap: Android sürümü aynı oyun sunucusuna bağlanır ve yukarıdaki hesap verilerinin dışında ek bir veri toplamaz.
• Reklam ve izleme yok: Uygulamada reklam ağı, analitik SDK'sı veya üçüncü taraf izleyici bulunmaz. Reklam kimliği (Advertising ID) okunmaz, cihaz kimliği toplanmaz, konum istenmez.
• İzinler: Uygulama internet erişimi ve Google Play'in uygulama içi satın alma izni ister; rehber, dosya, kamera, mikrofon ve konum izinleri istenmez.
• Ödeme sağlayıcıları: Satın almalar Android'de Google Play, iPhone'da Apple App Store, masaüstünde Xsolla üzerinden yapılır. Ödeme bilgileriniz bu sağlayıcılarda kalır ve onların gizlilik politikalarına tabidir: Google, Apple, Xsolla. Biz ödeme bilgilerinizi görmeyiz.
• Yerel kayıt: Ayarların ve oturum belirtecin yalnızca cihazında saklanır; uygulamayı kaldırdığında bunlar cihazdan silinir.

4. Veri güvenliği

Şifreler sunucuda asla açık metin olarak tutulmaz; her hesap için ayrı tuzla PBKDF2-SHA256 özeti saklanır ve şifre bu özetten geri çözülemez. Sunucuya ve veritabanına erişim yalnızca yöneticiyle sınırlıdır.

Açıkça söyleyelim: oyun istemcisi ile sunucu arasındaki bağlantı TLS 1.2/1.3 ile şifrelenir ve istemci yalnızca parmak izini önceden bildiği sertifikayı kabul eder, yani trafiğin araya girilerek okunması mümkün değildir. Yine de alfa dönemindeyiz: başka bir yerde kullandığın şifreyi ArkneyOrbit hesabında kullanma, hesabına özel yeni bir şifre seç.

5. Verilerin kullanım amacı

Toplanan veriler yalnızca oyunu çalıştırmak, ilerlemenizi saklamak, hile ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek, teknik sorunları gidermek ve destek taleplerinize yanıt vermek için kullanılır. Verileriniz üçüncü taraflara satılmaz veya reklam amacıyla paylaşılmaz.

6. Saklama süresi

Hesap ve ilerleme verileri hesabınız var olduğu sürece saklanır. Alfa/test dönemlerinde veritabanı önceden duyurularak sıfırlanabilir. Bağlantı kayıtları en fazla 90 gün tutulur.

7. Haklarınız

6698 sayılı KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme hakkına sahipsiniz. Hesabınızı tümüyle silmek için Hesabını Sil sayfasındaki adımları izleyin. Talepleriniz için info@arkneyorbit.com ya da destek@arkneyorbit.com adresine pilot adınızla birlikte yazmanız yeterlidir; 30 gün içinde yanıt verilir.

8. Çocuklar

ArkneyOrbit 13 yaşından küçükler için tasarlanmamıştır ve bu yaş grubundan bilerek veri toplanmaz.

9. Değişiklikler

Bu politika güncellendiğinde yeni sürüm bu sayfada yayımlanır ve üstteki tarih değiştirilir.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data is collected, why, and how it is protected when you use the arkneyorbit.com website and the ArkneyOrbit game client. Data controller: the ArkneyOrbit development team, contact info@arkneyorbit.com.

1. Data collected on the website

• Server logs: The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare briefly processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and request time for security and performance. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
• Cookies: The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Only your language preference is stored locally in your browser (localStorage); it is never sent to us.
• Analytics: Cookie-free, non-identifying Cloudflare Web Analytics may be used for visit statistics.
• Downloads: Game files are served via GitHub, which may process data under its own privacy statement.

2. Data collected in the game client

• Account data: Pilot name, chosen company, game progress (level, rank, ships and equipment, Credits and Zenite balance, clan membership). Your real name and phone number are not requested.
• E-mail address: Every account verifies an e-mail address. It is used only to confirm that the account is yours, to send password reset and address change codes, and for essential security notices about your account. We send no marketing e-mail, the address is never shown to other players and is not shared with anyone. Codes are sent from info@arkneyorbit.com through Cloudflare Email Service, which processes the address to deliver them. The codes themselves are not stored, only a short-lived hash. Deleting your account deletes the address.
• Connection data: Your IP address and connection time are logged for a limited period when connecting to the game server, to fight cheating and abuse. An approximate location (country, city) derived from the address is shown in the admin panel; it is worked out from a data file on the server, your address is never sent to any outside service for this, and the location itself is not stored. Your device's location services are not used.
• Purchase records: When you buy a pack or the VIP pass, the payment provider's order number, the product, the time and your account are stored, so the purchase can be delivered and the same payment is never processed twice. Card or bank details never reach us. The payment provider receives only a one-way hash of your account (an encrypted tag), never your username or e-mail. These records are kept for as long as financial regulations require.
• Game platform ID: If you are signed in to Google Play Games on Android or Game Center on iPhone, the player ID the platform issues for this game only is stored with your account. It is not an e-mail address or a name; it is used to recognise accounts opened by the same person and to fight abuse. If Play Games or Game Center is off, nothing is sent.
• Chat: In-game chat messages may be retained for a limited time for moderation.
• Discord link: If you link your account through the bot on our Discord server yourself (/discord in game, /link on Discord), your Discord user ID and username are stored with your account. The bot uses them to give you your company role and to show your pilot card. You can remove the link at any time with /unlink, or /discord remove in game; deleting your account removes it too. If you go through Discord's own consent screen with /verify for the achievement reward, Discord tells us your e-mail address and whether it is verified; we do not keep the address, only that it is verified and when. Your phone number never reaches us.
• Steam build: When playing via Steam only the Steam authentication ticket is processed; your Steam profile data is subject to Valve's privacy policy.

3. The mobile (Android) build

• Same account: The Android build connects to the same game server and collects nothing beyond the account data described above.
• No ads, no tracking: The app contains no ad network, no analytics SDK and no third-party tracker. The Advertising ID is not read, device identifiers are not collected, location is not requested.
• Permissions: The app requests internet access and Google Play's in-app purchase permission; no contacts, files, camera, microphone or location.
• Payment providers: Purchases are made through Google Play on Android, the Apple App Store on iPhone and Xsolla on desktop. Your payment details stay with these providers under their own privacy policies: Google, Apple, Xsolla. We never see them.
• Local storage: Your settings and session token are stored on your device only and are removed when you uninstall the app.

4. Data security

Passwords are never stored in the clear: each account keeps a PBKDF2-SHA256 hash with its own salt, and the password cannot be recovered from it. Access to the server and its database is limited to the administrator.

To be explicit: the connection between the game client and the server is encrypted with TLS 1.2/1.3, and the client accepts only a certificate whose fingerprint it already knows, so the traffic cannot be read in transit. This is still an alpha, though: do not reuse a password from anywhere else, pick a new one for your ArkneyOrbit account.

5. Purpose

Data is used solely to run the game, save your progress, prevent cheating and abuse, fix technical problems and answer support requests. Your data is never sold or shared for advertising purposes.

6. Retention

Account and progress data is kept as long as your account exists. During alpha/test periods the database may be reset with prior notice. Connection logs are kept for at most 90 days.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR and Turkish data protection law (KVKK) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. To delete your account entirely, follow the steps on the Delete Your Account page. Write to info@arkneyorbit.com or destek@arkneyorbit.com including your pilot name; we respond within 30 days.

8. Children

ArkneyOrbit is not designed for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

9. Changes

Updates to this policy are published on this page with a new date at the top.
